what should feel horrible is that the consensus of "elite" authors is that your tracks are bad, not that your tracks are no longer on the "front page"... this is one of the problems that we are trying to solve, the low quality of trending/popular tracks...

 

I'm not gonna feel bad because of what a few salty elitists have to think hahaha. That's just silly.

Oh and if you would actually read my post, I offered several solutions to the trending issue. Not sure if you were able to read that whole thing.

 

I just don't respect what you have to say because your tracks are the reason why the trending section is broken. Your tracks are the reason why one noob would try to dislike another's nooby hold-up to make his own nooby hold-up stay on trending a little while longer.

 

Once again, stop spamming. I'm not sure if you are even serious at this point. My tracks are the reason trending is broken? Get out of here kid. It's not my fault no one wants to play your tracks. You can't force people to like them. I thought that was pretty clear with both your featured tracks being around 50% liked.
I have spent hours offering different possible solutions to make FRHD better for everyone. You offer virtually nothing but spam and insults. If you aren't going to try and help the situation, keep your mouth shut.

 

You are so absorbed in your ego that it makes me want to puke my brains out. Alex isnt spamming he is voicing an opinion shared by many on this forum. What Alex meant to say was your tracks are ****, your attitude is ****, and you dont mean **** to this game. Your tracks are exactly the kinds of tracks people like me and alex hate. They take 0 effort to make and take up places on the trending section so our tracks that we put months into dont see the light of day. Oh by the way, im spending the time it takes to write this stupid message because getting rid of you will fix frhd and make it better for everybody.

people want to be on trending, which implies people want likes, therefore people want to emulate tracks with the most likes. your tracks have the most likes because they're easy.

you obviously don't spend enough time here, I often participate positively to discussions like this, I just call out bullshit when I see it. I disregard any opinions you might have because judging by your earlier post you are obsessed with maintaining your position as "the leader of likes". Therefore, you are likely to promote a system which promotes your own tracks, which as deduced earlier created the trending problem in the first place. deep down I think you know this, yet you continue to pretend to be "mature" on the forums because thousands of "likes" from noobs is clearly the only avenue in life that gives you any gratification.

Actually John, it is spam. It's worthless insults that do not relate to the topic even a little bit. It's taking away from constructive posts. How many times do I have to say that I don't care what you think about my tracks? This thread is not about my tracks. Why are the two of you trying to make it about my tracks? Yes, because I constantly have tracks filling up the trending section. They might as well call it the iTzChuckNorris section because no one else has a chance of getting a track there. (that was sarcasm in case you didn't know)
If you look at your most recent track, it has 20,000 plays. Not too bad for a 7 second track. How many plays are you expecting? Make good, fun and complete tracks, and they will get into the trending section.

Are you serious? You actually think I care about getting even more "likes" at this point? I offer what I see as the best solution for everyone. Clearly you don't have the attention span to read something that's actually well thought out and written because my ideas are only to promote the underrated tracks. Take 5 minutes to read instead of typing out your ass and maybe you will see that you are in fact spamming this thread with BS and covering up some possible solutions to the very issues you are talking about.

 

Chuck, just leave it. You're outdated and the members with the most say in this community all dislike you, and denying the problems you've helped produce isnt really helping your side out too much.

ive been waiting all night for you to respond i would like to start off by stating that I have a job and couldnt finish a track that was 7 seconds long and already over 1000k. Unlike you, (judging by how long you have played the game) I am not a twenty year old dropout and living in my mom's house telling myself that i will go back to school. What does your life consist of? Playing an xbox your mom bought you? Driving her car? with her gas? You cannot accept that your glory days are over and that you should leave.

But i would like to add to that, you are also probably sitting somewhere with your thumb in your ass and your hand on your chode reminiscing about the days when people respected you. also worth mentioning that not everybody values the same aspects of a track the same. just because you dislike that a track took seven seconds to complete DOES NOT mean that it didn't take a hell of a lot of effort to create. Your tracks may be long check, bt they're also extremely repetitive and similar to the type of crap you'd see on trackmill. this aint trackmill days anymore bro; this aint 2011. it's 2015 (almost 16) and people have recently been enjoying detailed tracks more than shitty hold ups with ITZCHUK written in bubble letters all over them. Allow evolution, and quit trying to keep your audience entertained by the same loopy jumpy tracks.

 

All I'm saying is that it did pretty well for such a short track. I'm not denying that it looks like it took quite a while to make. That part is pretty clear. He did a very good job for such a busy person. I just think free rider is more about the game than the art and it always has been that way.
xwinx There was never a time when I was respected by everyone on the forums. In fact, I'd say more people respect me on the forums now than ever. I'm pretty used to the hate actually. It's just kind of upsetting that all this nonsense is covering the constructive posts.

 

I believe that the problem that is upsetting people is that itz chucknorris makes "easily made" tracks, because they get more likes and plays.
But how is it his fault that these are the kind of tracks the majority wants to play, and find amusing?
What is bad? The fact that he makes tracks that the majority enjoys? Or the fact that the general opinion is that these tracks are fun to play?
Tbh chuck can not be blamed for making tracks, aiming for more likes and plays, because afterall isn't that a thing everyone would want? (If not, you shouldn't have a problem with any of this)
I think the consensus opinion of an elite handful should never trump the opinion of the majority, even if that would mean I'd miss out on another 1000 ratings on every single track of my own. It'd be a system with a really close resemblance to a dictatorship, and not one of the good ones (if there even are any).

Edit; everything you guys are saying has a direct resemblance to the music industry, where the ones who make the "easy" music gets all the reckognition, while the underground people who makes more "advanced" music gets little to none... But would you have a handful people decide what the listeners (including yourself) should listen to, just because the underground and more skilled people feel they deserve more reckognition?

I never viewed getting on trending as a personal problem. My latest mario track now has 700 likes, with 100k plays, with a completion rate of 0 blank. Yet I have an 80% score (82 until recently, hmmmmm lol)
The only tracks that have more ratings and plays than that are the campaign tracks.
I think alot of this criticism is uncalled for (eventhough I once critizised the same thing). And lol at CityShep this is why people dislike you (funny thing how you would say that everyone with the most say on this forum dislikes chuck, because I'd say you're lower on the ladder), doing the bandwagon thing. I think we all know what you're attempting to do when you agree with alex and xwinx on this matter. You should realize that your hollow "opinions" for approval are quite transparent to both me, alex and xwinx, and that in the same storm you're trying to put another member down to lift yourself up. Instead of playing the victim role all the time, take a dive into yourself sometime?
