Skeeny Search system restore in taskbar Click Restore from date before deletion (pc only has 2 days before unless you specifically backed it up Click restore, viola
Download Recuva Skeeny it will search deleted files and you can choose which ones you want back. Not all files are always retrieveable.

Windows Vista or Windows 7: Click Start, next All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, and then System Restore. System restore will show a recommended restore, which is the latest created restore point. In case you are sure the system was still running properly on this date, clickNext; else select Choose a different restore point. This will present you with a list of available restore points, ordered by date. Select a date on which, or prior to, you know your system was working correctly, and click Next. You will receive a confirmation window. Click Finish to start the restore process. The system will automatically restart as part of the process.
