Track Authors getting Paid $$$

1. How about track authors getting paid? Popular online games such as League of Legends do it so why not free rider. After all, without track authors free rider is nothing. Paying authors for publishing popular tracks would make authors work harder to bring in more likes/plays for their tracks. the better the tracks on free rider, the more people play the game, the more people see those advertizment boxes, the more Char brings in the dough. So it's beneficial for all. The amount of money could be determined by plays per track. So how about it. In the end every one gets $$$.

Seems like all it would do is encourage nooby tracks, not really a fan of this idea...
If u want to get paid for tracks, make some for the campaign. U get $5,000 per track, and pro as well.

Lol, I think this would be great for us..... but i don't think 'any' ordinary track author should get payed. I reckon only the best officials (or if 'elite' is placed on the table) or the 'elite' authors. We could also make it like a youtube sort of funding. For example, 5c each like, 10c each subscription and $10 for every thousand plays....
Also campaign shouldn't really be $5000 but i believe $500 would be a good amount....
Also this would take away the fun of creating tracks, people have been VOLUNTEERING to make good track for the community for years, why stop now??
Also idk if FRHD racks up enough dough for this scheme to work...

 

the only way people should win money is through official contests, the admin of cr hosted a contest for $100 cuz he was cool like that

 

I don't think free rider hd makes enough money to pay people to make a track. Not a lot of people get frhd pro.

who knows how much they get off of advertisements though.. they also own kanogames which is still popular.

 

I like the idea of getting paid for tracks, but I dunno if likes are the best way to go. I definitely don't believe that only an Elite Authors tracks or the features should get paid for, but a lot of tracks on trending get more likes than they deserve, while many of the featured tracks only have about a 60% rating. I love the idea, but I don't think it's possible to distribute coins fairly.

 

i think we should at least get paid coins in the game and have it based on plays not votes

i have a track with 47k plays so i would get $470 sweet

 

To be fair, 10-50C a thousand plays is more like it.
