      i have a tunable remo pad and a basic "fat" snare (it has a crapton of excessive ringing) and this cheap beatup cymbal

      do you guys thing that putting tape on a snare removes some of the ringing?

      I have a drum kit, but all my experience comes from Rockband lel
      I can do a lot of stuff from the Beatles, but that is about all I can do.

      I am a percussionist for the orchestra I play in. I can play the timps, snare, bass, triangle, chimes, wood block, toms, etc. Pretty much all the percussion stuff
