Official Author Vote

I was thinking instead of having Char decide and change people to Official Authors we could have a group of trustworthy Official authors who have the power to make people Official, Also ONCE WE FIND A PERSON that they think is pretty good there can be a thread in the OF section to vote.
And there should be requirements that they could decide on. And the people with the power dont get to just chooes there has to be a vote. And if you are declined you have to wait a month to be voted in again

this has been brought up before, Char said he didn't want official author to cause dispute or something, so the requirements for the rank have been lowered and he's looking into elite authors
