Char is a Russian spy. He will kidnap all of the creative minds that have bloomed from this game and force them to work in his factory in the Antarctic disguised as a vault. They will be forced to design diabolical weapons which Char plans to sell. After he succeeds in stratigically igniting the third world war, his weapons company will thrive off of the hungry market. He will be so successful selling his revolutionary weapons, that he will begin buying off war-ridden, vulnerable corporations, territorries, countries. Those who do not sell, will pay with their blood.
