Why does everyone hate apple?

Haha I was joking! I'm just sore because my parents still won't let me get a smartphone!

 

When it comes to tablet, imo Apple really doesnt have any competition. All of the others ive seen and used (A part from this windows laptop thing that doubles as a tablet as well) dont come close to being as good. The Samsung tablet for instance did my head in, wouldnt use one again. Their iPods are great too, but thats pretty much all i like about Apple.
Their laptops/computers confuse the hell out of me, 2 of my friends just recently got a macbook pro and just looking at it gave me a headache. Would by a Windows laptop over it any day of the week.
As for their phones, they are WAAAAAY over priced, and as many have mentioned arent as versatile. You cant just have Chrome or Google, its 'Safari'. I also dont particularly like how the apps are displayed either, i prefer for you to click a button and all of your apps are then displayed, instead of them all being layed out in a mess. And tbh, they dont really look that good. Only feature i like is that your phones can come in white, a part from that i wouldnt buy one.

 

Sorry but samsung galaxy 6, HTC One M9, Sony Experia ZX3 all beat the iphone 6 by a lot... Iphone4s was apples best phone tbh

codrey, Mac's are WAY better than any slow Windows computer. Windows 8 is much harder to navigate. If you're used to the format of Mac, it's faster and better.

 

Personally, I find W8.1 to be faster and far easier to navigate than a Mac, it all comes down to personal opinion. If one was definitively better than the other, then there'd only be one around still.

 

It is? There you go, all i've ever heard from people is to not get one, as they are a lot worse than a Windows laptop/pc. Ill keep it in mind next time i get a laptop
But although Windows 8 is hard to use at first, after using it for a bit its a dream to use. Windows 8 is my 2nd fav update, behind Windows 7.

Yeah I had a school windows 8 computer for a month and now I have my own mac (it was my sisters old one so I didn't get to choose mac or windows) and I liked the windows 8 computer wayyyyy more!!!!

 

Pomegranates are the best. Wait, why is everybody talking about computers..?

 

It ain't faster on my computer. I don't have WiFi. I have satellite. Although the offline computer stuff may be slower, the internet is faster. But I guess in your case it's better because you probably have good internet connection.
codrey IMO Windows 7 & 8 aren't nearly as good as the older versions. Windows 8 is only good for those computers that have the touch screen thing.

 

If you'd said this a year ago when i first had Windows 8, i'd agree. But after having this a while, its a breeze to use. Wouldnt ask for any other update

 

My internet connection is terrible, actually, but internet connection speed wasn't what I meant to begin with.

I wonder why people say this, did you actually use the OS with a mouse? I do and I have no issues.

I enjoy the phones, I'll keep being an iphone sheep until i die. however i owned a mac and I couldn't do **** on it, nothing I wanted to do, and back then I didn't know anything about computers but as I learned a bit more, I started to see what a ripoff it was. I paid almost 1500 for an i5 processor and 4 gb of ram. that's jack. my laptop now is the same price & has i7 and 16 gb ram.

 

Apple is horrible i don't like apple at all.

 

Iphones are perfect for a gradeschooler or an old woman, it calls and you can get apps. It's equally simple on each device. You easily get stuff from Apples services. Easy. Simple. I HATE IT.
With Apple, your phone has to be exactly how Tim Cook (or Steve if it's old enough) wants it to be. I like to make my phone my own, but that's impossible on Apple devices. And all of Apples services, why should I be forced to use them? On Android, it comes with the default services, but you can easily download a new one.
The big kicker for me is that I can download apps strait from the browser. Where as I might get lucky enough to find it in the app store.
