Why does everyone hate apple?

I've had only ever Apple products and I feel they're not too bad. (aside from a Chromebook & dell laptop)
I've even borrowed friend's devices for a few days just to see their advantages(I have to admit, I was clumsy)
I've read around forums (all forums, not just this one, along with personal experience) and have received hate from backing up Apple.
What's the big deal?

 

I forgot to put an "I like Apple" section on the poll, but I doubt anyone is gonna click that anyway.

 

Lags behind others, doesn't adapt with other systems well, default languages aren't as good (objective c and swift), looks awful. I'm talking about the phones operating system thoigh, rather than Apple as a whole. Don't get me off on hardware.

iPod touches > iPhones

 

-They don't innovate, they take ideas from others and say their uninspiring devices are "revolutionary".
-They make you spend 3x as much as what their products are worth.
-The have terrible UI in my opinion, and UX.
-They make things complicated and try to force you to their ecosystem just to use a single product of theirs. (I had to download awful iTunes with its confusing interface to add music to an iPhone my girlfriend gave me.)
-Too much white and gray everywhere in their software.
-The only thing I like from them is GarageBand, and I don't see them putting that on any non-Apple OS so I don't use it anymore.

Apple products are actually great for production related stuff.
iMacs work a lot better for movie/sound editing, than normal computers. I also find the performance of most adobe programs to run a lot better on iMacs, and mac's in general. I used to study/work with design, and move/sound production before, and the hate subject amongst my fellow students used to be normal computers.
I dont ever game anything, except freerider, and I haven't had any problems with any of my different computers/macs through the years on that subject.
And when it comes to phones, ipads, ipods and other apple products in general I have no opinion what so ever. Except that their earplugs for the iphone 5 are pretty decent, I have like 5 pairs lol.

I like Apple, for me, the layout is more visually appealing and easier to work with. However, for gaming other computers are better (I don't game )

 

I like having iMessage bc where I live I barely have any service and I can still talk to pplz

 

iMessage is the best part of it Easily.

I love iOS, but the regular for Mac is just clunky to me. I've owned both PC and macs, and graphic design is a smaller hobby of mine, but Adobe might be more overpriced than the computers they work better on. iPods are basically the only thing I would ever want to buy again.
