    Yes... The reason why it's colder down south is because it's getting closer to the south pole. The reason why the northern part of Australia is hot is because of the biome that is across Australia. (Desert) plus the sun hits that part of the earth more than the lower part of Australia. That's why :)

    I know why... but.... why?? everyone knows that the further north you go the colder it gets (unless you go to different parts of the world... just in general..) Australia also has poisonous stuffs though. Candaa don't have none of that!

    Because of where the biomes are! I'm assuming you know what biomes are. Austalia has a fair few. Look up a biome map on Google images.
