New Editor Release and Bug Report

I think powerups should control the rider and the bike after you die. I dont know why, but it just seems like they should.
But you gotta admit that ani gravity was pretty clever of me.

Hmm. I don't know if this has been pointed out yet or noticed, but checkpoints aren't saving for me. I hit a checkpoint die soon after and it restarts me on the track.

 

They aren't implemented yet. Its the first thing I say. I even put it on the dialog box that pops up

You want low fps?

 

Its a lot easier to play at a lower fps, and it is a lot easier to see detail too (And bhr's fps is at 25 fps) A lot of people prefer the lower fps actually

 

Seems weird, I've always hated free rider versions with low fps, it just looks laggy. One of the reasons FRHD is my favorite is the fps to be honest

 

Yeah, im on the fence on this subject. I like it bcoz its easier to see detail, but it makes the game itself slower.

What more could be added to this editor? A big CANVAS RIDER title? Srsly tho, whats wrong with it?

 

I have not read any posts other than the first post so some of the things said below might hae been pointed out.Well for starters autos are not possible to make since you literally have to press an arrow key to start, and for hold ups they usually break every 5 seconds so that pretty much sums up autos on frhd lol. (oh well, I lost hope for autos on here a long time ago)
The small eraser is still terrible, it's pretty much pointless and I don't see anywhere in the first post or in the editor that they are still working on it so I'm assuming that's as best as they can do.
After using the editor for 10 minutes, everything runs slow for me. Typing lags, tracks lag, videos lag. Note that I have an awful laptop, but the bhr editor does not make anything else lag.
When using the curve tool, you cant move the screen.
Hot keys do not work for powerups unless you click on the powerups icon, which can get annoying.
Other than that, I don't really have a problem with it tbh. Just kinda slow

 

Also you should be able to hide the sidebars, so all you see is the editor and the sidebars don't get in the way.

 

Ok, fair enough. Well, Char said atm autos dont work, i think he plans on fixing that.
The eraser is still being worked on, but i agree the small eraser is still terrible.
Idk why it runs slow for you, it doesnt for me and i mainly use a laptop.
I dont use the curve line tool, maybe u have the camera lock on? If not idk
Again i havent bothered learning the hotkeys yet, so i wouldnt know...
Also, note that it is in "super alpha" phase, so it should be heaps better when its actually done.

 

I don't have camera lock on because I can move other lines perfectly fine, it's just the curve lines tool.

 

I just used the curve line tool and it moved for me, i think its ur laptop or something
