my middle name is just Cesar no big deal and because in real life cause i can't pronounce my R's i say them as W's people make fun of me and call me Cesswa so if you want you can call me that

He's moreso saying that since his username is Todredrob, people pronouce it as (tah-dre-drob), which is completely understandable if you look at his name in a different way. Since "tod" and "dre" have a D hitting each other, they clash into one shared letter. So even if you heard "tah" and "dre", somebody else could be hearing "tod" and "dre". They both sound the exact same when said outloud. tah-dre tod-dre
