      Trying to pet a friends horse in the middle of the night and instead getting electrocuted by the fence was a pretty big failure of mine.

      Here are two that come to mind immediately:
      1. Back when I was 9, I was joke fighting with my brother and ended up standing with one foot on him lightly. Then I stumbled back and fell against a broken aquarium, sliced my leg open to the bone.
      2. A few days ago, I bought the phone I was trying to get for over half a year. It doesn't get a signal where I live.
