Collab Contest I

It has nothing to do with talent, people aren't going to spend three months on a track.
someone set up a poll this is ridiculous

 

I thought you and cata would actually prefer more time as it caters to heavy detailers. I see short time limits in the favor of less detail oriented and more ride oriented trackmakers. Anyways if everyone ends up submitting their track beforehand then the contest can end beforehand.

 

Maybe TheSouthAmericanGuy should have picked our teams so that it would be fair...

I considered this, but I immediately declined the idea because it would cause a lot of fighting and complaining xP

You should consider this next year because nobody has a chance against a team like 'Maple' and 'Stig'.

 

True, but if i got put in a group with a noob, i wouldnt even enter. I think thats the only reason y he didnt.

 

Maybe it could be modified somehow. Like a thing that is fair to everybody in the contest.

Me and Luc are 99% gonna lose to like at least 3 of the teams. Maple & Stig, EB & xwinx, e; WM and alex.

Although that's just me being a pessimist

I HAVE AN IDEA.

So, everybody signs up for the contest. Then the host randomizes pairs with some sort of generator.

That's all I can come up with in the 2016 contest (hopefully). There could be a better solution to this problem but I can't think of another way.

 

The randomizer works, but like i said b4, at least 1 person would be paired with a noob. So we r back to square 1

Yo, totally possible to beat stig and I. Especially since both of us haven't managed to even work on the track lately, looking at some of you guys it seems you guys are going hard.

 

I don't see it working at all, there will be those few pairs that will have procrastinated, and justify their late entry by saying they had three months.
