    Okay. So I didn't use ANY reference on this tree. I did this without totally copying someone. What do you think?

    edit: This is in photoshop, but it doesn't really make a difference.

    Hahah yeah, when I took this picture it did. It's because I wasn't done. I made the leaves bigger and I think it looks fine :) Thanks guys.

    Making a track right now, finding it so hard to figure out how the hell you people do "3d" detail. All my tracks just end up looking like boring rocks lol

    I agree with this. I think some people are afraid of making ugly, bad detail, but that's alright. It's how you learn.
    I would suggest those looking for advice should get a solid piece of finished detail before asking for CC, it's easier to see where you could use help.

    One of the best things I've read it this thread. Mistakes make you learn and practice makes you better. Too many peope are scrapping everything they make because it's not as good as the best stuff on this site, but I'd love to see people just finish their tracks and ask for advice after, or maybe once during making them, instead of asking if people like every single detail they make :)
