So, is there anything that can be done about stolen tracks? I have already found three of my tracks claimed to have been made by other authors.
As far as stopping them, there is no efficient way. But they can be removed case-by-case, they'll probably implement a report system sometime in the future.

I think, this author is also one of the people who stole 3D bmx park (as stated ISLAMUSLIM above), so this author is clearly a track thief.
