Lol this is mostly true but actually some bodybuilders have been able to reach 1-2% in EXTREMELY controlled environments for a few days. Ronny Coleman measured in at -2% one time(definitely false this is literally impossible but still funny) and though body fat scales can be very inaccurate, it is well within the human limit to dip below 2% for a short period of time. I mean it’s basically hating yourself at that point but some people enjoy it ig
