Round 6 Results and Commentary
Round 6 of GBC5 has been the craziest yet. With 2 ties in the top 10 and a player finally being dethroned for a round, it really did have it all!
The Round 6 track was put together by HtH_RIDES. People weren't sure what the track would look like, but it turned out great with decent variety and a very trippy ending.

Cerasium asserted his dominance once again, getting 1st on the track in no time.

Stevie.T, being consistent as always, locked in their places in the top 5.
isekeb and
Totoca12 tied for 6th, whilst
EGRIFFITH and
TPlacella tied for 8th. The competition between these guys is really firing up. Eunos dropped down to 10th after being placed higher in the later stages of the round, getting a 29.9-second ghost.

Clash06 were close to the top 10 and
panda_rider performed exceptionally well to get 14th place.
Protvod also showed up to lock in the final spot for those over 2 points.

Phasetree rounded out the top 20.
Sir__Human was a distant last for those who completed the track, getting a 1:32.37 ghost.

LEBONBONGLAZERRRRR did not ghost the track. Surprisingly,
HtH_RIDES, the author for this round, didn't ghost his own track, a first for this contest.
TPlacella Award for Round 6
I think the obvious standout performance this round was the player who was able to dethrone Cerasium, and that player was none other than Xenom! In the late stages of the round, he broke Cerasium's perfect record in this contest with a 26.1-second ghost, pushing Cerasium into 2nd for the round. Cerasium still leads Xenom by 18 points overall, but it will be interesting to see how these two fare against each other in the next 4 rounds.
Round 7
Phasetree was meant to publish the Round 7 track a few hours ago, but they are not active. We will wait for Phasetree to come back online before the track is published, or an alternative track will be published instead.
