Well for new tracks that would be uploaded it will be in the create tab so the original tracks will still be black & white
If it were up to me, I'd give the trackmaker a revamp. The regular one has 3 sections separated by hashtags like [Black lines]#[Gray lines]#[Powerups]. I'd probably add a bunch of different features like color customization, a fill tool, a shape tool, etc. and change the format up from the hashtag one (maybe use like %, /, or | instead) That way old tracks could easily detect whether or not it's using the old track editor or the new one. But the game's not really receiving much for updates anymore.
Yea the game hasn't received that many or any updates since I've been here. But there is Liberated Cyclist that has a fill tool but its weird to use I rlly loved to have a built in fill tool same as shapes it will make track making easier for new and old players of the game
