NO Filler Gen (no adding grey block that are genned)

So it's just a contest where no genning is allowed. Or am I missing something? What does 'You can add to this ride' mean?

cause us americans are a bit weird

 

when i post the track code u can add what ever u want, like if u wanted to expand the ride to make it longer u can

 

for some reason i thought this was literally an E contest where you had to make an E
