I have a septum piercing, wasn't bad at all, and healing was fine too. it's only a mild inconvenience when you have a runny nose, etc. but other than that, it's great

 

I've done it two weeks ago. Everything went super smooth, healing smoothly aswell, except its itchy af. I thought it might be an infection, but apparently its a good sign of healing.

 

ah yeah I do remember some itching. I used a saline solution mist/spray and it worked wonders for soothing that

 

Exactly what I'm using. At first I thought to just deal w the itch, but it got so bad, one night I woke up 3 times to it. Then I decided to do something about it, and gotta admit, Salt does wonders.

I still wonder how it works for u. Usually, the meds say the ring shouldnt pierce the cartilage, but the little softer skin tissue under it. Is the anatomy different? What stops u from getting it?

 

Yeah I don't have any softer skin tissue. It goes cartilage then outer skin

 

holy... well at the very least you could maybe try drilling the nose? lol
