(henceforth referred to as KM because calling him by his username feels disrespectful to the actual Konstrukt)
Recently, I've noticed a player going by the username of KM and attempting to assume the identity of the well-respected player and trial maker
Konstrukt (please play his tracks, they're really good and fun!). I say attempting here, of course, because looking at KM's behaviors and tracks for more than a few seconds reveals how poor of an imitation this really is.
For instance, whenever you try talking to KM, he makes a lot of excuses for copying / not publishing tracks on the Konstrukt account (like the actual Konstrukt would be able to do).
interactions with this guy are fun (open)
interactions with this guy are fun (close)
(Notice how he uses the excuse of 'I haven't logged into this account for more than 5 years, I simply forgot the passwords, and then I wanted to start a new adventure of 0 again!', and then claims 'no it's not a problem' when someone suggests a solution.)
(Also notice him immediately backtracking after I call him out)
(This track was deleted (/t/929679), but the comments were still available and extracted using the script shown in the screenshot, available here. i reversed the track comments so it looks more like something akin to an IRC log, but you can choose not to in the script)

KONSTRUKT_mobile (8 hours ago): TheLazyCat GG again and again
TheLazyCat (7 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile thanks
TheLazyCat (7 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile why don’t you publish tracks on your other account KONSTRUKT?
KONSTRUKT_mobile (7 hours ago): TheLazyCat It's really stupid but I haven't logged in to this account for more than 5 years, I simply forgot the passwords, and then I wanted to start a new adventure of 0 again!
TheLazyCat (7 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile that's painfull
TheLazyCat (7 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile maybe you can ask Totoca12 if there's something you could do to fix this problem
KONSTRUKT_mobile (7 hours ago): TheLazyCat no it’s not a problem
TheLazyCat (7 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile wouldn't it be nice for you to have your account back?
Saddlebag (6 hours ago): TheLazyCat That was really tough, but I managed to beat your time!
TheLazyCat (6 hours ago): Saddlebag noice
TheLazyCat (6 hours ago): Saddlebag i try to beat you later
Saddlebag (6 hours ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile You make some really fun challenging levels! They’re not too long, and they aren’t outside my skill set (at least the ones you’ve been making lately).
KONSTRUKT_mobile (6 hours ago): Saddlebag thanks
Pie42 (1 hour ago): copy of https://www.freeriderhd.com/t/462063-is-this-difficult-enough; KONSTRUKT_mobile can you please stop copy tracks already?
Pie42 (1 hour ago): oops i didn't proofread my comment teehee i guess my point is invalid now
Pie42 (1 hour ago): Saddlebag TheLazyCat see my comment below. KONSTRUKT_mobile is a lazy track copier who's (poorly) imitating a well-respected old trial maker, and doesn't deserve any credit for a large number of 'his' tracks.
Saddlebag (53 minutes ago): Pie42 That’s unfortunate… thanks for informing me, I only wish I had placed my time on the original track.
KONSTRUKT_mobile (52 minutes ago): Totoca12 can you delete this track please
KONSTRUKT_mobile (51 minutes ago): I made a mistake, it needs to be repaired
Pie42 (49 minutes ago): KONSTRUKT_mobile it's not a mistake when you do it intentionally and repeatedly, even after being told to stop.
Additionally, here are a few interactions with him from a few months ago on his copy of Konstrukt's track by the same name, UNIKORN. I was being very sarcastic, but these show that he's been at this for a while:
(these screenshots are in reverse order)

The above screenshots show a variety of things, and I'm not in English class, so I don't want to analyze them, but KM understands what he's doing, knows it's wrong, and is very intentionally trying to deceive the FRHD community, sometimes even succeeding. It's likely that many people still believe KM is Konstrukt, but looking at their tracks (specifically, KM's original tracks compared to anything by Konstrukt) shows very clearly that he is not. I'm writing this section last, and I believe that this post is already long enough, but if people want, I can find more specific examples.
Now, why did I choose to make this thread? Well, as it happens, as of late, I think KM has been running out of short and easy Konstrukt tracks to steal and claim as his own, so he's turned to another well-respected player and trial maker,
RuanF. Three of KM's most recent tracks have just been (direct? I'm not sure, nor does it really matter) copies of RuanF's tracks, with KM attempting to pass them off as his own. I'll put the originals and the copies in the spoiler below so that you can see for yourself.
I'm sure that more of KM's tracks are copied (several of his older tracks are obvious copies from Konstrukt), but these are the only ones I took the time to pull out for this thread.
I really like trials, and I very much want to see the trial community on FRHD grow. If KM wished to create a new account and his own identity associated with it, and make original trials under his own identity, rather than imitating someone else, I'd be happy for him and wish him success, but as it is right now, I cannot morally support even his more original tracks, and I hope that after seeing all of the evidence and repeated copying even despite being called out for it, you will agree with me.
TL;DR: KM isn't Konstrukt, he's just a poor imitation who likes copying other people's tracks. Evidence above.
