It's wild reading about the growth and relationships between old community members from early years of the game. Thanks for sharing such personal things. It's honestly inspiring and reassuring at the same time.

You are all legends to me because you've been here so long and are so good at what you do, but I often forget we all have issues no matter who we are relatively speaking. Thanks again for sharing. It actually means a lot.

This has got to be one of the coolest things i've read for a long time. You are doing exactly what I've always wanted to right now. I'm not only encouraged but certain by the enthusiasm that I can feel across the screen that you could certainly write your own script. You SHOULD! My cousin recently graduated from college a couple years ago. He went in to be a doctor and came out a camera man. He got a job filming sports games, and has now written and directed in his own movie. Production is finished, and he will be playing it at a national film festival. When reading what you're doing it reminded me a lot of what I want to do, and what he's doing. You've inspired me somewhat, maybe i'll pursue making this a reality. I've never had the balls to join a school play, that might be a start. much like spruce sharing what he filmed, It's made me realize that this industry might be feasable.

I don't believe I've ever talked to you, nor do you know who I am but I'm happy for you, and love your tracks. Good luck.

Ok, so, I might as well darken the mood a bit with this not so fun story, im also leaving frhd soon so, might as well. Also, if you don't want read a lot, good, because i'm not gonna make this reply that long. So basically, when I was nine years old, I had a friend a few houses down that was four years older than me (or if you're dumb at math, he was 13 at the time). I usually went over there to play cause that's usually what you do as a kid. At the time, my friend was gay, and apparently VERY h#rny. So one day. I went over, he was the only one there, and, long story short, I almost got se#ually assaulted. Definitely not the brightest reply in this thread, but I felt like I needed to let that out. So, the moral of this story? Please, and I mean PLEASE, don't do anything unless you can trust your friend. Not the best way to put it, but it works.

I feel you man, I was in a state of that time. Sometimes, people tell you to keep it in, and not think about it. But sometimes it is better just to cry. Some people tell me not to listen to sad music, but I do anyways. I listen to a guy named NF, who raps about his life, and lost his mother, family, and more. I lost my mother too, she is not dead, but I can not talk to her, she can't get her feet on the ground. But I listen to him, because I know I have someone to relate to, that I am not alone, his music kick-starts my day and makes me feel alive, if there is not someone like that, that you can relate too, then cry. Cry about it, don't listen to other people. Cry. Get your feelings out, and let them run free. Stuffing them in makes them grow, until you are weak. Talk to someone, find someone who can relate to you. If you need something, DM me, I am here for you.

i think anything is possible, feasible, can be real, but your expectations have to be that as well. i LOVE making up the best, most perfect idea and then i'll hate completely clobbering it to the ground with some rebar. we aren't supposed to like our earliest tries, but the effort we put in to get where we need to is a much more satisfying thing to look at anyways. took me fifteen years of doing theater to like one of my own projects lmfao, took seven years for me to turn around and be proud of my work on here. taken me eleven years to like my own music, and i'm sure i'll have a good few more to like my own body, or my own films! it's all about growth. fear is a natural part of the process, even though it needs to be processed out for the final product.

we'll both get the hang of it. if we hang on, anyway :p

Man, sorry you had to go through that. It must have been a scary experience, especially when it came from someone you trusted and happened when you were so young.

It definitely affected my mental health for a bit, but it's been what, 4 years now? It doesn't really matter anymore to me, but I still hate the fact that it happened.
