tbh,every hat is random,the most op time to get a hat is when they are cheap,like,10 coins,and after they get very expensive,from me at 80 hats i need to pay 600 coins,but no,theres no rare hat they all are random

this is I think the rarest hat, only in the shop for a limited time maybe 6 years ago. Some of the hats from the old shop that weren't transferred over into the new (old) update of hats, which I think is only a couple is also probably considered rare now. I could be wrong but I think the clown afro is impossible to get now.
