What I do to improve my ghosting is find tracks that are fun to ghost but challenging, and try to keep improving my time. I actually have a list of tracks that I have played and plan to get a better ghost on. Setting goals is helpful.
I hardly ever grind points (I only have 8794 points), but this might just be something I’m doing wrong.
To give you an idea of how much I play, I’ve played about 2-3 hours a day on average for the last 3 months, but it was more like 1 hour a day before.

My life is disappearing in smoke like one of the twin towers; except, instead of smoke I am burdened with suffering, and instead of one of the twin towers I am in fact a human named Jimmy Pete Bowesino. Also, instead of my situation being a national tragedy, which involves people walking through the blood and the bones in New York, no one seems to care, and no one has to walk through any blood or bones in the big apple (or anywhere else, for that matter!). I stared into my bathroom mirror in the dark for twenty minutes last night, and saw nothing. How can I be myself? If being yourself is an action as the verb 'be' suggests then you must perform it. Who am I when I'm not myself? These types of thoughts cloud my life with smoke. Lots and lots of smoke. But it doesn't smell liked crispy New Yorker in my bedroom. No, it smells like fear, fear and air freshener. For you see I'm a man who is deeply afraid. I'm afraid of many things, sometimes too many to count. But most of all, I'm afraid of myself. For, how can I own my 'self', as the possessive 'my' suggests? Must everything in this life be a commodity? I'm not to be bought and sold, sir! And my self sure as heck isn't either! Not that it is MY self you understand, my self is the result of cultural processes that have been happening for thousands of years, combined with physical processes that have been ongoing for billions of years. I do not own myself, and couldn't if I tried, which I have many times.
