      On this thread share what you New Year Goal is.

      When you accomplish it post it on here. :thumbsup:

      Go to therapy. This might not mean a lot to others around me or know why this is my goal but I often fight with myself (shaming myself) and I also often fight with my parents. They get mad at me for being wild, talking-back, and my grades. This might not seems like a lot but I often don't respond right. Instead of shutting up I continue to fight with them. I need therapy for my depression and my anger issues. :(

      But this year I want to be more positive about myself! :thumbsup:

      I've started working out on a very serious level so my goal is to keep training for at least an hour a day like I am now and see how much I can gain
