The ''tracks must be longer than 20 seconds'' is kind of unclear.
What if i complethe the track in 20+ seconds but someone with skills better than the average completes it in under 20 seconds?

 

The average time for everyone. So you know how you can click show more underneath a track. It gives you the average time. So I'm going by that.
