As long as you incorporate the swastika into the tank's design and make it not just a random symbol hanging out in the middle of nowhere, I don't think anyone will be offended by seeing a German tank in a track. You should look up some photos of old Tiger tanks and see how they are decorated to give you an idea of how to texture that one.
Wehrmacht sign isn't offensive and if you're doing a world war II related track any depiction of the swastika is historically accurate.
