This thread is in the wrong category. Nevertheless, I'll be going for a bike ride in the woods later tonight. I'm hitting the gym tomorrow afternoon as well as every following day of the week.

Ohoho man I'm way out of shape bro. Not fat though just very lazy (lol). I haven't done anything really "active" in months so I started on the weekend Though, what I am aiming for today isn't heavy. 20-30 minute jog, some full body and upper body work, little bit of weights and yeah. I got a plan this week alternating through upper body, lower, core, cardio, weights, and stretching of course. Resting days on weekends. Though the issue is keeping the routine. I just play sports if I want to astray from that. It's fun and better that way (and I actually enjoy it) Haven't rode a bike this year cause I couldn't find a bike pump and stuff happened. So running is the alternative this year.
keep up the great fitness man today i jogged 1 mile, biked 7 miles, and i'm gonna do 150 pushups tonight
