xshaade I think you misread the replies. Flouride is the one who quoted "vaccine modifies dna" then mentioned religion
here is charred's direct response to that quote.
    upload_2021-10-15_21-25-12.png

He even said religion had nothing to do with it in a different part.

xshaade lmao, I'm dumb. I think I see exactly where you are talking about now. I kept looking for where he directly responded to "vaccines change dna", but completely missed "His point about vaccines changing DNA is a simple misunderstanding..." and the rest of that paragraph.

But I still have to agree with charred on that one. It does seem like a misunderstanding.

I dont want a fight, I just am stating my opinion and do not judge others for their choice, although it may have come across wrong. dantexpress is not correct about me having a 10 million dollar house. At the moment I dint know how much money my house is worth

Well, I've been stressed out because of school and had 10 hours of sleep in 2 1/2 days. I asked my mom if I look tired and she said no. So I've realised that my brain is being severely overworked and with me sleeping late and getting less sleep, its hold me back from what I need to do. Plus, with the stuff I'm eating, it's not doing me any good. So I'm willing to get some good sleep tonight so I can give my head (and body) a well earned rest.

Lesson learned from my father: Sleep is important for the body. Without sleep, you don't focus and things are going to be off. Sleep is the time where the body recuperates from day's hassles and hardship. Without it, the body can't heal/rest.

Hope your brain isn’t like mine and it lets you sleep.

I guess some people have more pouring to do.

Ngl, when your body doesn't allow you to sleep, it's usually because you've forced your body overtime to sleep for a short amount of hours or it's overworked (it could mean other things too). It may not be easily fixed but overtime, sleeping earlier, eating earlier (~4-6 pm) can actually do some benefit. Oh! Also, napping really helps throughout the day if you're tired or feel tired. It may seem like toddler and elder thing but it works for everyone.

Another factor can be the device before bed. If I remember correctly, blue light can disrupt the eyes and the brain from realising melatonin (hormone that tells you nighty night). My doctor recommended 1 hour before bed, devices off (though I rarely follow it). I should do that cause sometimes, my eyes do hurt before bed.

I find if I get exercise during the day, it helps me sleep better that night

i also cant sleep simply because i want to. i actually have to make myself tired enough to sleep. in some occasions (when i wasnt tired) i stayed in bed only thinking about stuff for a few hours. so nowadays i only go to bed when im tired because i know if im not tired its just useless to go to bed. so when i need to get a good sleeping schedule, i always have to sacrifice a night of good sleep. for example, 3 days ago my sleeping schedule was messed up and i couldnt sleep early, i ended up sleeping only 3 hours that night and then i had college. but the next day i fell asleep at 10pm which allowed me to have like 9-10 hours of sleep. but since i wake up early for college and i sometimes walk home after it which takes me like a full hour, i get tired again until the night. therefore if i keep that pattern going, i'll have a good sleeping schedule. but i have to be careful to not sleep too much/little.
side note/ i am still suffering from 3 days ago when i only had 3 hours of sleep. even though im somewhat used to it but its still very painful. so please dont do it lol.

Sometimes I sit atop a tree pondering the questions our God has set us; today such thoughts strayed to perhaps the biggest question of all - the mystery of love. What is love? Love is a green meadow shimmering in the warm daylight. Love is our first 'hello' and our last 'goodbye'. Love is a wolf munching on a chicken. I believe that inside every man there is a sacred chamber of mirrors, a pure organ which evil daren't trespass. In the reflections of these mirrors are all man's virtues: courage, compassion, not spacebarring etc. This vital orb has the function of seeking out what it sees, it is a dowsing rod for the perfections of humanity, unburdened by sins of lust and greed and spacebarring. With this tool we try, in vain, to find that idealised self which we see in ourselves in our fellow man. But just as the beauty and freedom of the skylark seems distant to the grateful observer, this love can never materialize outside the confines of that perfect self within ourselves. Alas! We are destined to roam this lonesome world stricken by an inability to realize what we are forced to conceive! And that is love my friends. That, is love.
