      Welcome to the second chess championship on frhd! *ENDED*
      last years version: https://community.freeriderhd.com/threads/frhd-chess-championship.12563/

      this version will be much simpler and straightforward. i will host a 90 minute Arena on Lichess.org. once you join and we start, everyone will automatically be matched and the system will try to pair you with players with similar ratings. so everyone has a big shot to win the Arena.
      if i suspect anyone of cheating i will automatically disqualify you from the Arena.

      Timeline:
      the Arena will begin on April 17th at 9pm GMT+3.
      this is a very suitable time for most players on frhd.
      i will make the Arena on April 17th at 8pm GMT+3 so you will have 60 minutes to join.

      Time Control:
      3+0 Blitz.

      Tip for those creating new accounts - lichess will automatically set your rating to 1500 which may not be accurate at all, so make sure to play a few blitz games beforehand to get a more precise rating.

      I looked up time zones after that post, I was way off lol. I forgot about daylight savings time too, so even after looking it up I was wrong. I thought it was 10am, but +1 hour for daylight savings time makes it 11am. Thanks! Now I have no excuse XD
