Watching all of the featured ghosts and ghosts on popular tracks is a good place to start.

I'd also recommend to try everything and be very open about your ghosting style and ready to change to the fastest methods

if I'm being completely honest, it depends on the type of tracks you like ghosting. If you like tracks that have a variety of ride styles, I would recommend focusing on improving your skills one style at a time. So start with any one style like climbs, off roads, or smooth tracks. When you feel good about your improvement pick a different style to work on. Once you are happy with your improvement across all the styles, start ghosting tracks with ride variety.

My favorite type of tracks are climbs for the most part, so I play those much more than others. That extra focus on climbs helped me figure out techniques specific to different types of climbs, which helps when I encounter climbs in variety tracks.

Another favorite are good heli courses. I love heli, so the extra time I spend there has really improved my control over the heli, which actually helps if a long variety track has the heli powerup included. I notice a lot of good ghosters fall behind at heli parts of tracks because many players just don't like it, but if you practice it by itself for a while you will get better.

A general tip for all track types: focus on exactly what you are doing. Knowing exactly what strategy you used before you crashed or successfully passed a part is extremely important for speeding up building muscle memory and being able to mentally handle faster key presses. This is also to keep track of how a strategy performs. If a strategy is consistently failing, you can safely use it less and less in favor of a different strategy that is working more consistently. BUT, this only works if you know exactly what keys you tried using to pass a part of a track.

think about every frame you pause on and what will hasppen to the bike next, but don't pause too long because you forget the momentum u currently have. it's weird.
