Welcome to the Auto Thread, the thread about autos.
I've been making some demonstrations of certain auto techniques on Youtube, and I've decided to post them here for people on FRHD to use. Make sure to turn on captions and ask for help on this thread or in the comments. I'll be updating this every time I make a new one.

      Brush Physics

A demonstration on the special capabilities of the brush tool and how to use it.

How to Make an Auto Wheelie

A demonstration of making auto wheelies. This applies for both bikes and the truck, and I guess the blob too.
Not sure about the Helicopter and hot-air balloon.

How to Make a Holdup Wheelie

A demonstration of making holdup wheelies. These rules apply for both bikes, as well as the truck.

How to Make a Flat Line Wheelie (Straightaway)

A demonstration of making a wheelie on a horizontal line under normal gravity.

How to Check if An Auto Breaks

A demonstration on checking if any form of an auto breaks or not. This is a very vital part of automaking, since a break in an auto will completely derail your entire track from the point of the break and onwards. Make sure to check for any auto breaks regularly.

How to Check for "Hidden Auto Breaks"
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KKDhZtRMilU
A demonstration of how to check for very subtle auto breaks. If you find that your auto keeps breaking at the same point in your track, try using this method at that point to check if the auto was broken before the point that keeps breaking.

Tip: Please don't use slow motion for holdup wheelies and auto wheelies. Unless you really think it would be cool to have slow motion for that part, then sure. But generally keep away from using that powerup, since it makes the ride slow and boring. If you're not sure about something, reply to this thread with your question and I'll try my best to help you out.

This is amazing! I was literally just about to ask you about autos and your status allowed me to see this. Super, super helpful. Is it okay if I recommend it to people via my freerider profile? So as to try to help teach people more about wheelies and autos and checking to see if they break or not? :) Also, it was really the first one that helped me better clarify how things work; I'd tried the slow speed and small brush, but I could never figure out what any of it did. Also, thanks for the auto info, it's good to know :)

For sure, no need to say it's mine or ask for permission. It's my thread technically, but it's free for anyone to use.
