Maybe not all of them, but probably some of them, haha.

 

All members of the team agreed that we won't consider that stuff with the mobile ghost as cheating. We tested it, and it really can slow your FPS a bit, but it's not caused intentionally by a program or something, it's just some kind of malfunction in how the game the game was supposed to work, but it's "legit". Someone could argue that this is no different from spacebarring, since you are exploiting something from the game or the circumstances on what the game is running on and then getting some kind of advantage with it. It's not something that uses third-party programs so we don't think it qualifies as cheating. Yeah, it's not the best case scenario, but it's still hard enough to ghost on mobile so I feel like it's a fair compensation. Maybe we can discuss this further after the contest, but for now all 4 members of the team agreed that this is fine.

 

No. RedOrBlue got a ghost that was considered once, but ended up not being featured. He is first on a track that once had a featured fast ghost on it, but the ghost isn't featured now. (Might have been featured in the old Non-Spacebarrer Featured Ghosts List or the Real Time Feature Ghosts list but I'm not sure)

 

Updated the times again. The lead goes to RedOrBlue and the 32nd time at the moment is from albatr0ss, a 46.70 seconds ghost. BoppityBop is the first one out of the qualifying zone with a 46.97 time. It's very close, so I expect an intense battle for those last spots that will lead to the next stage. I'll make a bigger post when the Qualifiers round is over, but for now, here is the updated times:



I'll tag in the game the people who didn't make a ghost or need to improve their times in order to qualify, but you guys can check that for yourselves here.


The round ends in 22 hours and 41 minutes. There won't be another round published tomorrow, since we'll take a day to sort all of the pots and create the groups, but we will have another one in less then 48h, in the day after the seeding process.
