Should we allow trick ghosting to be included or not?

 

being able to consistently pull of tricks in real time deserves recognition

 

absolutely. I've tried trick ghosts once or twice, and they are so painful to finish.

 

But it doesn't really work that well with rta. Like what would the criteria be? No Spacebar?

 

Noob question, but how do you add a timer to a vid? (or do you count rta based on the video timeline?)

 

You don't have to edit one in if you don't want to, it's possible for us to time the video ourselves, just that it makes it easier for us to find the time down to a fraction of a second if the timers already on the video rather than trying to time it separately

Also about the trickghosts, I think it would be nice to introduce them, but the criteria has to be no spacebar, otherwise it wouldn't work very well, or maybe even add a spacebar limit for trickghosts or something, but I think no spacebar would be better.

That would only be achievable with auto-spacebar, so I don't think that would be allowed.

Personally I think trickghosts shouldn't be allowed here only because they aren't being judged for time. The whole point of this thread is featuring rta ghosts. Trick ghosts just don't fit the category.

omfg I just realized I forgot to paste the input display script on this attempt. I've screwed up almost each step of this process lmfao. At least that part isn't required, but I really wanted to include it. I do have the input display on other attempts though.

 

I like how you didn't spacebar the gap jump at the start. I'm finding that part really hard, so I think your ghost is pretty solid. The spacebarring in the last half might leave it up for grabs though.
