I'm putting up a $50 (or more) bounty for the removal of ghosts + other stuff

I love this game to death but the hacking issue is pissing me off ESPECIALLY since no one at kano apparently has any passion left for the game (or at least not enough to take a few days to fix it). As someone whose primary focus in the game is ghosting, seeing my times pushed off the leaderboards by up to 3-4 hacked times is incredibly stupid and extremely demotivating. The fact that the tools to do so are so easy to access and abuse and that NOTHING has been done to combat it at the source (only deleting it later on) is insane to me considering that I can only assume that this is kano's biggest source of revenue. do you want people to stop playing? are you guys just not getting paid enough? like ???? which is why I am going to be putting up a bounty (real USD no cap) for ANYONE to fix this issue. if a community member is smart enough to figure out how to do this on their own then props to them, they get the money. with how easy it is to cheat times in then maybe getting em out would be easy too? I can only hope.

this is an incomplete list and there are likely other accounts out there with only a few affected tracks. from what I understand, those first 2 might be more difficult to remove than the rest, which is understandable. but not inexcusable.

ALSO: FALSE times shouldn't save. simple as that. should give the user an automatic ban. how this is not already a thing is baffling to me, would've stopped the two biggest accounts from at LEAST that form of hacking immediately.

If you want to give the ability to a trusted community member, that's fine by me. I just want it done.

please kano do something about this game it's so popular and could be made to produce so much more revenue but hackers are one of the biggest problems.
i don't see how it's so hard to take care of this.

It really is crazy that hacking has been an issue for so long, especially with how easy it seems a solution could be implemented. I really hope this gets noticed and puts things back in motion

 

Hackers and exploiters just ruin every single game. I hope the mods really crack down on them and that stig actually bans them and stops banning innocent players

I think they should make it so when the user finishes a track, the data does not immediately get added to the leaderboard. Instead, the server at FRHD runs the ghost for the track and if it collects all the stars then obviously it's a win-win so the time gets added to the track else it just throws an error and refuses to store the time so the user has to do it again. Ghosts breaks would suffer from this but there are 100000000x more hackers than ghost breaks on FRHD.

it's also a pain if you've made a fast ghost but then it breaks, because then it's difficult to beat your time again to "fix" the ghost, hoping the one you're making doesn't break either. Adding this feature wouldn't only help filter out hacked times, it'd also help to ghost a track in general
