Either you misunderstand what the bet was, or you misunderstand what the article said. I will explain both for you now, and I expect you to either take the bet like anyone with a spine would do or never talk about election fraud ever again.

The bet: "How confident are you that voter fraud has swung the election? I will put 100 dollars on every relevant lawsuit failing."
So in order for you to win my money, a) any lawsuit must acknowledge that voter fraud exists, and b) any lawsuit must acknowledge that the voter fraud found has swung the election.

The article: 2100 voters submitted proof of identification after the standard deadline. This deadline had been extended by 3 days by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State. Trump's lawsuit is challenging the PSOS's decision to do so. The case ruling means that the votes of these people will not be counted. However, this ruling does not allege fraud nor were these votes even counted in the first place. You can very easily read the article, it states everything here at almost verbatim.
