      I wonder where Bloomberg got this data, but it's what I've wanted to know for a long time now:

      (I was looking up "Dewey Defeats Truman" because of the image pssst posted and the article happened to have that in it)

      So the average Covid mortality rate in the US is about 2.5% and the chances of getting it are less than 3%, so your chances of dying of Covid if you don't have it is about .075%. That's not taking into account the fact that none of us are over 50 (I'm assuming), so our mortality rate is actually less than .5% (if we were all 49 lol) making our chance of dying from Covid if we don't have it right now ~.015%.

      My guess is that most of us are between 13 and 30, so our more accurate mortality rate is <.2% making our chances of dying of Covid if we don't already have it ~.006%.
