Trump’s current and only path to victory is Georgia, NC, Pennsylvania, Alaska and Nevada. Not the position I wanted us to be in.

We likely won’t know the results until Friday. But if Biden wins, I’ll rename this the Biden thread, as it will stay until next election.

I know it is hard to believe sometimes, but no matter which party wins life will go on. Sure a lot can happen in 4 or 8 years, but as history shows, life goes on. I really hope and pray that there are no riots if Trump wins and that things stay peaceful if Biden wins. This is my first election where I am old enough to vote and care enough to follow politics and yet it feels like the most intense political show-down in US history.

At the moment, all Democrats need is Nevada. That's literally it.
It's hella close tho, Biden's winning Nevada by 0.6%.
However, if Biden doesn't win Nevada, I think it's safe to say Trump has it in the bag.

Trump's winning Georgia by an entire percent, N. Carolina by 2.4%, and Pennsylvania by an abysmal 3.4%.
So I guess it all comes down to Nevada. Those 6 electoral points will push Biden right onto the 270 line.
If the states each candidate is leading is actually won by them, the final score will be 270-267, the closest score since Bill Clinton v. Al Gore (2000)

Yeah 2000 is a good reference point for this election, considering the lawsuits and recounts already filed. The result then wasn’t known until a month afterwards.
