the police were called on jacob the rapist by a woman who's house he had broken into, and whom he had digitally penetrated. that means shoving your hand into someones pussy, which he allegedly did, and without consent.

when the police arrived jacob the rapist did not follow orders and went to reach something from his car, not load his kids in there. it was later revealed that there was a knife he was going to get from there. could've been a gun aswell.
what kind of a parent loads their kid into the drivers seat anyway?

anyway point being, jacob the rapist blake is a true martyr for social justice who totally didnt derserve to get shot and posed no threat to the police or anyone else.
