murder is a legal ascription that means loosely “unlawful killing”. He is currently being charged with 1st degree intention murder, so i’d guess the case is fairly strong.

just because someone is attacking you, you dont get to shoot them. if you get slapped, you dont get to dome the person who slapped you

 

1. he alledgedly stuck his fingers up her (the woman who called the police), but i guess you think thats not rape and is in fact ok, because he was black and cant have higher standards than that? what a true martyr!
2. sarcasm, they're clearly not combat gloves but ones, you'd want to wear if you were, for example, handling chemicals while cleaning up graffiti. (or giving medical care, like he was meaning to...)

he wasnt slapped in the face you dishonest ****** he was being chased by a MOB of violent radicals, heard a gunshot, and when he turned around some child molester attacked him (and ur defending his right to live, lol. probably a mostly peaceful molesting, i guess...). he died doing what he loved, trying to touch minors.
then after that the mob starts chasing him again. he falls while running to give himself in to the cops, and the mob catches up with him. this time around someone jump kicks him in the face, kyle fires a shot and narrowly misses the attacker. someone then hits him in the head with the deck of their skateboard, and is met with a round of 5.56 to the heart. sk8 4 lyf
the 3rd guys is right next to this when it all goes down and pretends to surrender to kyle, with his hands in the air. only pretends tho, because the second kyle looks away he's pointing a handgun at kyle, who then shoots him in the bicep/elbow area, disarming him.
