Yes, exactly, for example if I want to make a cool ghost with a TAS script, then it would not be annoying to other players for somebody to use a tas script because it does not go on the leaders, beating other peoples times.

 

Yes, but there is a LARGE difference there. On the one hand, we like Pie42 and so we turn a blind eye to his "coding lessons". However, you are generally disliked, and therefore we see everything you do as "hacking the game".
So you see, our prejudices force us to concur that we don't like you, so therefore you should please us and leave.

My general rule for if something is okay or not is, "Would this negatively affect someone's experience playing this game?"
So for instance, if someone hacked 2 times on every single level (I'm not trying to accuse anyone here, just providing an example), that is bad because it turns the leaderboard from a top 10 to a top 8, and therefore it negatively affects the experience of the game. However, if you're pushing yourself off of the leaderboard, I doubt anyone will see and so therefore it probably won't negatively affect anyone's playing experience.
