Why Zenblade Needs to be Banned

People are getting WAY too upset over this, I don't understand what he did wrong, he is using the image in fair use, he doesn't have to credit the original owner of the image, right? Zenblade isn't trying to take this work and pass it off as his own, he never said it was his own work. To me, he is trying to convey a message about a famous basketball player, and to put it out onto the website for everyone to see, he isn't trying to gain likes, if he did he would have said "like if you agree" I know that people don't like him using an image to track generator, and neither do I, but I don't he did for merely for attention. If he did, he would have released it as maybe like art or something, but he did this for a reason, and that reason was not to profit off of the death of a celebrity. I think people are just mad at the fact that he used an image to track generator, and also maybe the sale of generators, which I believe is wrong. The image to track generator should not be used for profit, which I don't think that it was used in this case. It was used for a goodbye to a legend, not for "check out my art" track. If it were used in that case, it would be lazy, and frowned upon. Everyone I believe is hung upon the fact that he used an image to track generator. They think he used it to gain attention and likes, and they also think that he used Kobe's death to contribute to that as well. IN SHORT: he used the image generator just as a secondary source for the track in the first place, and I believe that he was not too concerned with how it looked, he was more considerate of the message that it presented to people, and never once did he ask for likes on the track. Please correct me if I am in the slightest bit wrong.

I dont think you understand the main reason why he should be banned, It clearly states in the rules that you will be perm banned for using other accounts to communicate with(after being banned). he should not be an exception to the rules that many others have suffered from.

No, it is the other way around, but instead of grammar, it is things that I have already countered.
