      you dont take somebody else's work and portray it as your own. even if its not against the law in one place doesnt mean you cant get in trouble for it ... you need the creator's written consent to use it as your own

      HackerAlertIsMad you basically found a loophole and exploited it. There are no laws talking about something as specific as this game but you are still using a person's work without their consent.
