    I did make my own Kobe track, I just used another person's art and gave credit. I also added some of my own track to make it fit my style.

    that doesn't matter! How hard is this for you to understand? The original work of art originates from Canada, and thus, Canadian copyright law applies to this situation, not American. I've already told you this several times
