Change Couple small changes on profile + random tracks

    Couple small changes:

    - profile now lists ghosts, as you get new best times ghosts will be pushed on and will show in order (most of the time). Makes it easier to find tracks friends have beaten and race against them.
    - profile now shows head gear
    - random tracks will not pull you most recently played 100, we may push this out to more in the future but this should reduce the frequency at which players may hit the same random track.

    That would be cool, so when you click on a someones track page it shows the total plays, likes and favorites the tracks received.

    Cool, now were getting somewhere. We just need a page for designers and a featured track page, then we'll finally be back where we left off with CR.
