Idea: Should I become an animator?

So, I've recently got intrested in animation, and I wanted to know what you guys whould think:
Should I become an animator?
Of course, I'd still be on FreeRider.

But, I have another tablet in mind...

The Wacom Cintiq 16 WITH A PRO PEN 2
and considering that the pen almost 90% of the time is bought seperatly, and that most tablets like these aer around 1,000-3,000 dollars, I think it's worth it.

 

BUT I might look into getting the Wacom intuos ct1400...
(I looked at it just now... pretty good! )

 

not bad... you get it with the pen but you have to connect it to your pc. if you buy the ct1400 you get 3 free art softwares after registering

 

it costs about 80-90 dollars for the tablet with pen

but still that's pretty good!

 

I don't want to tell you how to live your life lol. Of course you should pursue your passions or interests, but it's your decision.

It's definitely a good idea because it's something you're interested in.
Sadly I can't give feedback because I know nothing about animation. I have a few friends in college for it though but I don't know what it is that they're doing and it seems like they spend their days looking at memes anyway lol.
