Coins need a use

After the Teleport powerup was released people started going crazy begging the devs for OA. But there is a feature for Official Authors that allows them to post tracks without spending coins. This is one of the only uses for coins. As more people get OA, coins become less and less useful. So I want the devs to either make Official Authors need to spend coins for tracks or add some new features to coins. Bye (also if my grammar is wrong feel free to start an avalanche of comments)

and people still have coin prizes in contests, even though you can only really buy hats

I think hats and track cost are the only things coins are really used for, gotta agree with code913 in that there needs to be more uses for them

 

Maybe like buy track campaigns? Like you have to buy a certain campaign to play the tracks in it? idrk...just brainstorming out loud

if you buy coins , you get pro for sometime but you cannot use those coins to get pro

Probably not because it would be a cycle cuz you get coins from campaigns, and you will need coins to play campaigns, that means you can't play them
