    cc; most trees don’t have branches that aim downwards with the exceptions of some conifers. Deciduous trees that split vertically as the right one does don’t look right if the rest of the branches aim downwards.

    it's perspective. the tree branches are actually slightly angled up if you look at it from another view

    I knew I said last WIP of the day but i tried the nose again. Slightly better results, still don't like it.
