Not trying to be mean but there are to many terrible OAs! Thoughts?

We need to raise the bar please no more terrible OAs who just make terrible autos. OAs should not only be good at making tracks but should also have lots of experience and should have decent ghosts. Thoughts?

I don't know about ghosting though since that would be hard to do and OA is more towards trackmaking

 

You should be talented at the game and be able to get decent ghosts

If a terrible player makes really good tracks then they should still receive OA.
