I disagree with that because then noobs would just be filling up large spaces a lot and publishing it. I actually think they should have a select tool

if i do want to fill something i take a flie i've generated and paste it on top of the thing i want to fill
for example the round 3 sign in my world cup track
i drew that out then pasted the thing over it to make it filled in

I think a fill tool would be great, however unless FRHD does things right the Track codes are gonna be THIIIIICCC
